If you were in San Francisco at 5.30 am this morning and listening to CBS radio you could have heard me talking about the Rolling Jubilee idea.
Lord alone knows why but they did seem to want me doing that.
But I’m not sure how many people there are at 5.30 am in SF who want to hear an Englishman talk about debt forgiveness really…..

But I repeat that debt forgiveness must be at the option of the creditor
