I knew a soldier – not an infantryman, of course – who was shot in the gut and survived because he’d spent an inordinate amount of time sitting behind a desk.

Mr Post has been in gaol for 30 yrs. So it’s his prison diet that has made him what he is today. If he is too fat to execute, can he not sue the state for ‘a cruel and unusual’ life style which prohibits him from living a fulfilling life that would include the ability to be executed?

Why can they not build a bigger table? The scales of justice seemed to have tipped quite literally in this fellow’s favour. Pah.
