There were no buyers at the auction of a 1940s film that an events promoter claims shows an underage Marilyn Monroe having sex before she became a movie star.
If it’s fake then it’s just another stag reel. If it’s not fake it’s child porn.
Be duped or go to jail.

More “the Telegraph hires shitty subs”. The article says the tape was made in 1946 or 1947, so it must be from when Marilyn was either 19, 20 or 21 (she was born in June 1926). Which means the tape’s not child porn, and that the “underage” comment in the Telegraph’s standfirst is complete balls.

Even if it is fake, you can still be done for child pron.
In fact, even if it were just a drawing of someone who might appear (to the jury) to have the general characteristics of someone underage, you can still be done for child pron. Even if the person were actually and in fact of legal age.
Rather an unacceptable risk I would say.
