The Monkees were a lot more accomplished musicians than the popular stereotype would have it. Plus Mike Nesmith’s mother invented Liquid Paper so his family was rich as Croesus.
I thought Head was brilliant when I saw it on Channel 4 years ago but then I was very, very drunk. I mean Rowley Birkin QC level.
