I actually would have come to this if it hadn’t been on the Leaders’ Debate night.

Paul: The people at the ASI had arranged for a pub nearby to show the debate on a big screen immediately after the event, and mant of the people present adjourned there afterwards. So you should still have come.
Personally, I thought that the impact on my blood pressure of the debate was likely to be such that I didn’t really want to watch it, so I went off to watch the football somewhere else instead.
