Laying out the reasons why the Hills Report on wealth inequality is so horribly, terribly, wrong.
It measures wealth inequality before all the corrective measures we take about such inequality.
What we want to know of course is how much inequality do we have after such measures: only then can we ask whether we should be doing more (or, indeed, less)?
