Are you saying that the scientific community, through the IPCC, is asking the world to restructure its entire mode of producing and consuming energy and yet hasn’t done a scientific uncertainty analysis?

Yes.

    Ha, nice.

Hot on the heels of the latest embarrassing climbdown over their predictions on the future of the Amazon rainforest, this just keeps getting better (or should that be worse?).

And what this effectively means, is that despite all the millions wasted on the IPCC project, we still don’t know enough about climate, to make any predictions.

It is even possible that we can not know, and can not find out, because the data we would need, does not exist in any reliable form.

This whole project, and the IPCC, need to be scrapped, laid off, and never allowed near a publicly funded project again.
