    Seems a bit steep! UB isn’t exactly smart, although it has been 12 years..

    Well, it’s certainly got an air of plausibility. There are what looks like newly-constructed apartments opposite the Continental Hotel (according to Google Maps).

    Mongolia must be on the up. That’s twice what I pay for almost exactly the same sized apartment.
