That this House believes that all banks which have received public funds and in which the British taxpayer now owns more than 50 per cent. of their value should be governed by the same Freedom of Information rules as Parliament;
That would be not covered by the Act then, as MP’s expenses are not?

Parliament is, members of parliament are not.
I’d have thought the more relevant bodies would be the BBC, or perhaps the trains, or the Bank of England.
