    I believe I am right in saying that you don’t have to be a scientist to join the Union of Concerned Scientists, and in fact few members are.

    Just another lobby group with a misleading title.

    Jeff’s right – you can be a concerned scientist for $35 – and you get a free mouse mat for joining. This is a far-left lobbying organisation.
