I always thought he was a malicious cunt but I’m currently leaning towards ’simply stupid’ - He’s taking stupidity to hithertoo unheard of levels of excellence…

You missed out the possibility that Gordo was lying. Shocking I know that our glorious leader could be lying to us but it is possible.

Blair seemed to have had a negligible education, so it was no great surprise on his lips, but Brown had a decent education, so why does he do it?
