		<description>Nope. The distinction between unemployed and economically active is highly artificial and blurred. Replace all non-housing related welfare with a CBI and replace Housing/Council Tax Benefit (average claim £90 per household per week) with workfare jobs. Genuinely disabled i.e. not capable of working at all would get Disability Allowance on top of CBI. No point hounding pensioners in social housing (one third of social tenants), just charge them £20 a week for rent/council tax and have done with it. That&#039;s that sorted.</description>
