I have just come back from a skiing trip to British Columbia which was my first adult experience of North America. The service was awesome - genuinely friendly people who couldn't do enough. A subsequent trip to London and two meals where the service was included in the bill. The service was s*&t with no smiles and very grumpy staff. It doesn't take a rocket scientist etc.... And the pecentage in France as at 2004 was a staggering1 15.6!
